Endurance test benches and development test benches test the durability of products or materials or the change of parameters of products/materials during a longer lasting test.

Depending on the requirements, the endurance test benches are used to record and document electrical and/or mechanical characteristics of products. These test benches are useful for all products that are subject to wear or ageing during use. The tests are often carried out in a temperature or climate chamber.

The development prototypes or the test specimens of a random sample from production are usually loaded cyclically, with test results being recorded continuously to document the long-term behaviour of the test specimens. For some products, documented endurance tests are required for release according to national or international standards.

The entire project management, conception and design of the test process, planning of the mechanics, electrics and electronics, the implementation of relevant test standards, individual software development, the production of the system, commissioning and optimization and training of the operating and service personnel ... at ISWAT GmbH all services come from one source.

We use standard components for software, sensor technology, measuring technique and mechanics. In addition, we develop special electronics and/or mechanics for you, based on a multitude of already realized functions. The connection to existing quality assurance software, ERP software and production management systems is also possible.

We use a simple and intuitive script language, with the help of which cyclical test sequences and test plans can be easily adapted to changing tasks.

  • Electrical characteristics are current, voltage, resistance, insulation resistance, frequency and amplitude response, charge, power, energy, capacity, inductance, magnetic field strength, etc. of electronic or electromechanical products
  • Mechanical characteristics are geometric dimensions, weight, tightness, pressure, force, travel of moving components, torque, speed, angle, strain, temperature and temperature response, vibration spectrum, flow, viscosity, etc.
